Returns & Exchanges

Lock & Co. Hatters is dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if your headwear is not quite right, we offer a 28-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

    Request a Return

    Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to initiate your request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully place the hat in its original Lock & Co. hat box and outer shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are attached to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Dispatch the Item

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our master hatters inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
